Computershare acquires MobiTED GmbH

On 1 July Computershare announced its continued international expansion of iml, a wholly-owned Computershare company, with the acquisition of mobiTED GmbH.

mobiTED has been an established technology developer and service provider in the electronic voting and audience response market in Germany for the last 10 years. Through the acquisition the customers of both mobiTED and iml will have access to a comprehensive portfolio of interactive meeting technologies and services.   The experienced team at mobiTED will be fully integrated into the international iml team.

Niklas Rebhan, 36, led iml into the German market in 2008 and will now be responsible for the new German team in his new position as Head of iml Germany. Johannes Hercher, the former CEO of mobiTED GmbH and CEO of Rogator AG, will remain in an advisory capacity until the end of the year.
